Abstract :
Wireless USB (WUSB) is the USB technology merged with WiMedia PHY /MAC based on success of wired USB, and it can be applied to various mobile applications such as laptop, cellular phone, etc. However the current WUSB protocol can´t recover the link breakage occurred between WUSB host and device. This problem causes the critical problems in QoS provisioning to isochronous streams and mobile applications. Therefore, we propose a new resource allocation scheme for reliability improvement in Wireless USB networks.
