Abstract :
As another essential resources coordinating allocation mechanism which is combined with market but different with market, study on the firm and their behavior has important theoretical and practical significance. We study the traditional theory of the firm, analyze the traditional production decision model of the firm, and discuss the characteristics. Based on this, we study the decision problems of the firm on different market conditions (completely monopoly and oligopoly) and analyze the impact of information on the firm decision.
