  • Abstract
With the aim to find out mechanism of low-intensive laser radiation (LILR) effect on autoimmune thyreoiditis (AIT) pathogenesis we have done researches at 30 Shinshilla ralbits with experimental AIT (EAIT). Laser radiation was done by the Mustang-Bio apparatus (Russia), the wavelength 0,89 mum, the power 5 Wt in impulse, the frequency 80 Hz, the exposition on thyroid gland projection for 30 sec., subvenous transcutaneous radiation of blood - 2 min every day, during 7 days. Studying of morphofunctional state of TG rabbits with EAIT in 14 and 70 days after laser therapy (LT) showed normalisation of Klein index, height of follicular epithelium and coefficient of functional activity restrain, and also practically all figures of main TG structural components relative volumes (RV). By studying cellular and humoral immunity, we found normalization of T-supressors and T-helper lymphocites thyroid hormone against decreasing of anti-thyroid anti-bodies
