Abstract
In this paper, finding the location of a stationary target with a moving platform is analyzed. The estimated measurements (direction, frequency, time difference of arrival) found by parameter estimation algorithms are used to find the target location. Different methods are combined and the improvement in location estimation is observed by using error ellipse concept. Beside target location, frequency of the target signal is estimated with frequency measurements.
