  • Abstract
    Based on the theory of band engineering, we realize a directional switch for EM wave. Unidirectional waveguide made with magnetooptical PC is integrated into the circuit. This makes the device compact and highly efficient. Moreover, the direction of energy flow can be controlled remotely by an external magnetic field.
