Abstract :
The method of the laser homodyne vibrometry is very actual in the diagnostics of modem technique. This method is highly effective when the vibration surface is covered with the film or the paint containing microscopic glass balls or prisms, and the laser beam is focused on the surface. The preliminary research work showed that the exactness of focusing determines the linearity of measurement and the value of the useful signal, which is given by the photodetector. In this paper laser homodyne vibrometry was demonstrated by using mathematical modeling and physical simulation
