Abstract :
To the information-based development of ship, a area-model network construct of ship integrated platform management system (IPMS) is proposed. The stochastic optimal control of fin stabilizers networked control systems under IPMS is investigated. When long delay of IPMS network is considered, a state space model is derived. A stochastic optimal controller with a quadratic performance index is designed. The simulation results show its effectiveness.
