Abstract :
Non-resonant non-destructive grazing incidence reflectivity (GIR) technique of HTS and relative materials microwave characterization has been developed. As is shown by the authors earlier, electromagnetic grazing incident wave reflection coefficient can be used to determine absolute value of complex conductivity in wide temperature and frequency range. For the first time the experimental measurement setup was realized in millimeter wavelength range using GIR technique and waveguide phase bridge-based approach. The conductivity of high-temperature superconductor YBa2Cu3O7-delta film at temperatures higher than critical TC was measured.
