  • Abstract
    A major aspect of the application of Walsh Transform to the electric ac circuits is the definition of the impedance involving an integral calculus. Using the technique developed by Chen that represents the Walsh series of the integral of a function, the equations of the electrical circuit elements in Walsh domain are derived. A new algorithm for distance protection based on Walsh functions decomposition is proposed.
