Phrase animation generation based on impressions of phrase motion and color scheme

A phrase animation is one kind of kinetic typography giving the intuitive impression of a phrase using of phrase motion. It is necessary to consider both impressions: not only phrase motion but also phrase color scheme for the generation of a phrase animation. This paper proposes the method of colored phrase animation generation reflecting the impressions expressed by an adjective. First of all, the color scheme design method reflecting the impressions expressed by an adjective is described. Then, the method of phrase animation generation combining the color scheme and phrase motion is described. This paper also presents the results of subject experiments to confirm whether the generated phrase animations satisfy the users or not.
