Abstract :
In this paper, a new microstrip line (MSL) with stubs and dielectric rods periodically loaded inside dielectric substrate by using low temperature co-fired ceramics (LTCC) is proposed. Moreover, the structure was applied to wide-bandstop characteristics to the bandpass filter (BPF) for ultra wideband (UWB). The BPFs are analyzed by the finite difference time domain (FDTD) method, and it is confirmed that the wide-bandpass characteristics can be controlled by the shape of rods and stubs. Furthermore, wide-BPF being satisfied performance of UWB is designed.
