Abstract
A new calibration procedure for high-precision instruments is described in this paper, that make it possible for whole calibration of high-precision instruments on working state, independently of more accurate ratio standards. Besides two basic methods, which are reference exchange and reference substitution, calibration results are proved, and the errors of measurement analyzed.
