Abstract
Order-oriented logistics system based on the collaborative supply chain management is a new type of logistics management mode, which can meet customer´s personal needs by order-oriented production, distribution, inventory and replenishment. This study examines the connotation of the order-oriented logistics system and its theoretical basis; explores its operation mechanism and puts forward the risk prevention strategies of the system.
