Abstract
In this paper, we present a novel design of planar fractal of crosswise shape for wideband monopole antenna. The proposed antenna has been designed and analyzed by using commercially EM simulation software, Ansoft HFSS based on the finite-element method algorithm. In addition, return loss has been simulated less than -lOdB. And we have obtained more than 2.2dBi gain.
