Abstract
The electrical properties of PVDF-BaTiO3 composites are studied experimentally. The TSP and TSD curves are compared and the conclusion is made that the decrease in conductivity is related to the buildup of the ferroelectric polarization. Importance of the thermal stimulation is stressed. The information on parameters of the relaxation processes is obtained by the RMA method. The experimental results are consistent with the model developed previously for the ferroelectric polymers
