Abstract :
In the optical code-division multiplexing (OCDM) system, the received decoded signal includes low-voltage noise pulses due to the mutual correlation with the multiplexed other channel signals. In this paper, a new method to reduce the noise after converted to the electric signal is proposed. The system is fabricated and tested. The results show a bit-error rate improvement of about 103 by reducing the noises.
