Abstract
In this paper, performance analysis of multiband cognitive radio(CR) full duplex relay system is analyzed in terms of outage probability. In this system, underlay scenario is considered in which two secondary users communicate with two secondary destinations via a single full duplex relay (FDR) coexistence with the primary user. The FDR is operated in decode and forward (DF) mode to apply the concept of physical layer network coding. An analytical expression for outage probability is derived with equal power allocated to the secondary users. The proposed system is compared with half duplex relay (HDR) system and with overlay scenario. The proposed system achieves lower outage probability in low signal to noise ratio (SNR) region than that of HDR system.
