Abstract
This article describes the microblogging as an ecosystem that allows sharing of ideas and connects people with similar interests. Analyzing microblogging dynamics we can detect users profile information, their main topics, interests increasing on them, and also interaction and networking. All these information can be used as a resource for team formation, informal learning and collaboration. We present a social matching model based on microblogging and social networks analysis, and also the prototype created to evaluate this proposal.
