Abstract
Monolithic distributed balanced traveling wave photodetectors with benzocyclobutene optical waveguides were designed and fabricated for analog fiber optic link applications. High photocurrent of 7.3 mA was measured in a device having 8 MSM PDs. Impulse responses were measured and compared with frequency domain results
