Abstract
We present and demonstrate a technique to improve the overall dynamic range when transmitting optical single sideband with carrier signals for fiber-radio applications in an access environment. Our proposed technique not only improves the overall carrier-to-interference ratio for the radio systems but also simultaneously enables broadband baseband transmission for access networks. We show simultaneous transmission of two if signals with successful data recovery at 30 GHz with 2.5 Gb/s of baseband data
