Abstract :
Many challenges face the distribution engineer when customers request to interconnect wind generation to the distribution grid. Distributed generation within itself presents certain challenges, but combined with wind generation´s widely varying technologies, generator output variability and nondispatchability, distributed wind generation presents rather unique challenges.
