Abstract
Electromagnetic characterization of polymer mixtures reinforced with carbon fibers and graphene nano-platelets is investigated in this paper. It is shown that rigorous electromagnetic modeling can be applied to determine electromagnetic properties of such composite materials. Major differences between those two types of composites are emphasized.
