Abstract :
The purpose of this study is to (1) understand the role of mobile service innovation, (2) investigate the extent of innovation orientation, IT readiness and alliance management capability enabling mobile service innovation, (3) realize whether mobile service innovation contribute to better innovation performance, and (4) examine the moderating effect of environment turbulence in the relationship between competences and mobile service innovation.
