Abstract :
This article presents the results of investigations of deformation development patterns at the surface of loaded Ni63Al37 alloy specimens performed using the television-optical meter for surface characterization. The common pattern of deformation development with regard to strain peculiarities in the surface layer and in the bulk of the loaded specimens is discussed
