Abstract
There is not much technical information, in the industry, on the subject of stray voltage except as it applies to dairy farms. Recent events in the industry have made it apparent that a clearer understanding of what stray voltage is and how it can be mitigated are important so that arbitrary standards cannot be imposed on a state-by-state basis. This paper addresses some of the stray voltage issues seen in the last 5 years
