On behalf of the IEEE Aerospace & Electronic Systems Society and the IEEE Kansas City Section, welcome to the 2011 IEEE Radar Conference! The conference is being held in downtown Kansas City, MO with technical co-sponsors the IEEE Microwave Theory & Techniques Society and IEEE Geoscience & Remote Sensing Society. The Radar Systems Lab of the University of Kansas is taking the lead in planning and implementing the conference with the support of a diverse team from academia, industry, and government.
