Abstract :
On behalf of the Radar Systems Panel of the Aerospace and Electronic Systems Society, I would like to welcome you to the IEEE 2011 Radar Conference. Our organizing committee has once again organized a premier event, and assembled an outstanding group dedicated to the success of the conference and they deserve special recognition for their dedication and superior effort. This year´s event offers many half-day tutorials selected and designed to help educate those exploring a new topic in radar, while offering a refresher course to others.
