Abstract :
In this work is shown how to construct blocks to simulate and analyze optical sources using Simulink. The versatility of this software is used to form analisys blocks in the time and frequency domains. Results for LED (FD), Quantum Well (TD) and Fabry Perot (FD) LASERs are shown, and it is possible to change various parameters to obtain new results according to the necessity
