Abstract :
In this paper, we consider the oscillations of thin elastic plate excited by vertical forces applied to the both sides of plate with the same distribution. The solution of this problem is obtained by solving the 2D-problem in space. The properties of the dispersion equation, the asymptotics of field and the elastic plate approximation are obtained
