Abstract :
This project introduces the students of the course Micro and Nano Physical Systems, belonging to the third year of the Degree in Physics, to the use of professional tools for the design and characterization of a MEMS (Micro-ElectroMechanical System) through a specific commercial realization: the MEMS used by the well-known gaming platform Nintendo Wii. The use of these resources allows an innovative approach in which students carry out a collaborative work in a realistic experience.
