Abstract :
Small-world networks are the networks with high clustering as well as short average path distances. So it is a network with efficiently searching the global optimum solutions. In this paper, we write a program the principle of the small-world to carry out the design of window function. And the results have been shown that, this method is a very efficient one. The window functions that designed by this method also have the very good performance.
