Abstract
Design is an important and initial phase of software development. It is modified during coding (due to architectural constraints), testing, and defect fixing phases. To cater the changing requirements after the development phase, the design of system is often overlooked. This paper discusses the ways to maintain good design with the help of test-driven and refactoring concepts, even after implementation of defects and change requests.
