Abstract :
This paper build a comprehensive model of generation rights trades (GRT) based on the energy-saving benefit, emissions reduction benefit and social benefit. Calculate loss allocation by the marginal loss coefficient method, which can reflect the system network loss slightly increased cost information caused by each node For the problem that the marginal loss coefficient of the slack bus can not be calculated directly and some coefficient are negative value, take measure modify marginal loss coefficient of generator node and calculate the GRT loss cost matrix. Through the analysis of the comprehensive benefit matrix of trading in IEEE14 bus system fully shows the generation rights trading advantage on energy conservation, emissions reduction and resources optimum allocation.
