Abstract :
WDTS 2012, the Workshop on Dependable Transportation Systems, is held as a co-located event during the 18th IEEE Pacific Rim International Symposium on Dependable Computing (PRDC 2012). Dependability is one of the most critical issues in today´s transportation systems, especially in railway systems. As being important social infrastructure to support humans´ economic activities, transportation systems must satisfy both of high-level safety and the requirement on accurate operations, under complex, interconnected, and high-capacity networks.
