Abstract :
Nowadays the competition among the hi-tech companies more and more focuses on the competition in talents. The inflow and outflow of talents has become a commonplace. Among them, the intellectual employees (hereinafter referred to as IE) who are innovative and creative are regarded as the core of human resources as well as the prime mover of new values for an enterprise. Therefore, the outflow of them counts much to the hi-tech companies, First giving a definition and a description of the demand on the IE, this thesis explores the main causes of their flow and suggests some effective ways to keep them from outflowing, including made-to-individual salary program, career development, corporate culture and mental bond etc. Basing it on the theory and important practices of HRM, the author has bent their brain to a scheme settling the problems of talents outflow, a retention strategy as their favors.
