Abstract :
On the occasion of the EuMW in Munich the European Microwave Association (EuMA) will announce the winner of the Distinguished Service Award for 2007. This annual award is given each year to recognise and appreciate the work of an individual who has provided outstanding service for the benefit of the European microwave community and, in particular, for the advancement of the EuMA. The award consists of a bronze medal, which carries the name of the Awardee. It was presented for the first time in 2004. Last year???s recipient was Professor Tibor Berceli. A brief biography of Professor Berceli is given highlighting his professional achievements.
