Abstract :
Many modern organizations involved in manufacturing and new product development activities now realise that among numerous critical success factors in rapid product commercialisation the human factor is one of the key factors to differentiate firms. This paper tests this hypothesis on the basis of the current literature and discusses the means, which are used in the power semiconductor. Example of successful organization within the power microelectronics sector in European market which was able to achieve technological leadership for several products through their organizational culture support the background of theory presented in the paper.
