Abstract :
To maintain long-term and sustainable success in fast-changing and uncertain environment, corporate organizational culture must be changed, well adapted and matched to successive rainstorm of creative destruction in a turbulent and changing world. Haier Group, the best innovative company in China, is a good example of evolution of organizational culture innovation. Therefore, based on the organization theory and the innovation theory of the firm, from an evolutionary perspective, this paper addressed co-evolution of organizational culture, strategy, business process, organizational structure, and technological innovation of Haier Group.
