Abstract
The paper presents the legacy of Bernhard Gross as a brilliant mathematician. The following are the highlighted works of Gross on the use of integral transforms: 1) the Kramers-Kronig integrals, 2) other basic integral transforms, 3)self-stabilisation by structural relaxations, 4) symbolic operator for depth profiling with heat pulses, 5) differential sampling of the trap level distributions, and 6) the Fourier cosine and sine transform.
