Abstract :
We present a generic model to simulate coupled electron-spin systems applicable to the whole range of non-interacting to interacting spins and apply our model to compare tri-layer and penta-layer spin-torque devices on the same platform showing significant reduction in the switching current for devices with anti-parallel contacts over those with parallel contacts
