Abstract :
As a candidate for the appearance of the distorted ac loss current from the non-penetrated water tree sheet sample, we have discussed the modified Maxwell-Wagner model. This model takes account of a nonlinear electrical conduction mechanism in the water tree region. By numerically solving a nonlinear differential equation, ac loss current was calculated. It has been found that this model can explain qualitatively the experimental results
