Abstract :
The performance of the intelligent frequency diversity spread spectrum (IFDSS) system for mitigating a narrow band jammer is given. It is found that the IFDSS system can survive as a cellular system when (J/S)initial < 93.6 dB. It is found that, the IFDSS system has a jamming mitigation margin of 75.6 dB higher than the conventional W-CDMA system.
