Abstract
The question of how information communication technologies (ICTs) adoption in MNCs across culture is influenced by isomorphic pressures as the institutional factors is the primary motivation of this paper. The underlying assumption made is that cultural values could influence the reasons and ways employees (collectively) in MNCs communicate using ICTs due to the shared norms, assumptions, beliefs, attitudes, perceptions, and actions amenable in an organization. The institutional lens will provide us with an understanding of the dynamic process and practices, initiating from the headquarters of a multinational corporations (MNCs) to its foreign subsidiary at the host country. Together with key propositions, some implications will conclude this paper.
