Abstract :
In this study, special effort has been made to obtain a smooth surface of PVDF and VDF/FrFE copolymer films by considering the spincoating conditions, and finally we succeeded to fabricate the thinnest films of 60-nm-thick PVDF and 9.7-nm-thick VDF/FrFE copolymer with well-defined ferroelectricity. We report on the thickness effect on the basis of the structural and electrical measurements for the ultrathin ferroelectric polymers.
