Abstract :
The paper proposes a DSP based apparatus for impedance measurement. After an introduction on the most recent impedance measurement methods a brief description of the two implemented measurement techniques is provided. Then, both the software and the hardware of a realized prototype are described in detail. Finally, measurement rates and accuracy evaluated with respect to a reference Digibridge are reported for a wide range of impedance values
