Abstract
This work examines a deterministic approach to quantization processes and provides mathematical relationships able to define spectrum characterization and changes introduced in specific input signals. Examples to define properly aspects related to electrical and electronic measurements are given. Reciprocal effects of sampling processes on quantization are taken into account and discussed. A specific comparison with statistical theories is presented
