Resource type and distribution of enterprises based on supply chains

Recently, the competition environment of enterprises has been fundamental changed, and market competition switch from the competition between individual enterprises to that of the supply chain formed by enterprise groups. Therefore, types and the distribution of enterprise resources in the new competition environment are different from that in cases of individual enterprises. It´s important for the enterprise, as a number of the supply chain, to recognize types and distribution of resources and increase the supply chain management, which are competitive market needs. The supply chain model was proposed to analyze the different positions more straightly which enterprises are located in, and combined with resource classification of the average enterprise, discusses resource types and its distribution of enterprises.
