Abstract :
We presented at HICSS-34 a new methodology based on the semantics of contracts to model business and, beyond, to manage the knowledge assets of a firm. In this paper we present two cases in which we apply our methods. This brings some insights, in real situations, about some problems and issues on knowledge management which cannot be separated as we will show from human resources management.
