Abstract
This is a summary of a panel presentation on the modeling distribution feeders for DG analysis. The issue of when it is appropriate to use simple single-phase, positive-sequence equivalents as opposed to full three-phase feeder models is addressed. Examples of situations requiring full three-phase modeling are presented.
