Much achievement had obtained about H-A webpage pair generated on Hub webpage and Authority webpage by applying formal concept lattice theory. A novel question was proposed and researched about Hub webpage which must NOT link to Authority webpage(s); and Authority webpage must NOT be linked to Hub webpage(s). these both webpage are called negative dual webpage. In this paper, sufficient and necessary condition and its´ rigorous proof about judgment the Hub webpage u and the Authority webpage m are negative dual webpage in H-A webpage pair was given.
